Create ABC ID through Digilocker?

Steps to create Academic Bank of Credits Create.

Step 1: Visit the Official Digilocker Platform

First of all, you have to visit the official page of the Digilocker platform.

Step 2: Sign UP/ Sign In

After opening the official page you will see a sign up option on the top. Simply click on the sign up option to continue. otherwise, simply enter the data and click on sign in here you can see I have already sign up so simply I will click on sign in.

Step 3: Sign up Process

After clicking on sign up, you will see a page asking for your personal information. So simply you can see in the picture here you have to provide the information.

You have to submit your information like Full name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and a new password. After entering the information, now click on the submit button.

Step 4: Verification Process

After clicking on submit, you have to verify your account. You will receive a PIN code on the number you submitted in the sign-up process. Enter the OTP code and verify your account.

Step 5: Navigate ABC

After the verification process, the Digilocker app is open for use. Search for ABC in search documents. Click on the button then choose ABC card and Click on search.

Step 6: Fill the Details

In this section, you have to put admission and ID details like admission year, institution name, identity type and other details. Fill in all the necessary details.

Step 6: Submit

After putting all the details, now it is finally time for the submission to get verified. Now simply click on “Get Document”. Now you are all done and have verified your account.

How to Create ABC ID through the ABC Portal

Students can easily create their account through the ABC portal.

Follow the following steps to create your card.

  • First of all search for the official Academic Bank of Credits platform
  • After clicking on the official page, navigate to “My Account” and click on it
  • If you are already registered then click on “Student” otherwise click on “Sign up” for a new ID.
  • Enter your mobile number click on “ generate OTP” and click to verify it
  • Enter all the necessary personal details like Full name, birth date, and gender, and create a new password
  • For KYC verification, enter your Aadhar card number
  • Now choose institution, admission year, and identity type/value.

Finally, click on submit to create your account.

Through UMANG Portal

Visit the UMANG website or get the UMANG app to start.

Step 2: Log In or Sign Up
If you already have an account, log in. If not, sign up with your phone number and details.

Step 3: Find the ABC Section
After logging in, look for the ABC (Academic Bank of Credits) section in UMANG and click on it.

Step 4: Add Your School Information
Type in your school details, like your school’s name and when you started, just like in DigiLocker.

Step 5: Submit and Download
After you fill everything in, press submit. When your ABC ID is ready, download it from the app.

ABC ID Card Download

You can download your card from Digilocker or ABC Portal. Make sure you have created your ID on any of these. You can download a PDF version of your ID card

Here are some steps that you should follow to download your card.

  • Visit the Digilocker app and open your account
  • After ABC ID login then go to the “Issued Documents” section.
  • Then click on your ABC Card
  • There will be an option for “Download”
  • Simply click on it and your Card PDf will be downloaded.

ABC ID Card Correction – Name, DOB, Gender

To update your ABC ID Card login to your DigiLocker account and go to the ‘Issued Document’ section. Click on the option to refresh your Aadhaar card details. Then, refresh your ABC ID Card in the same place. If it does not update right away try again after 2-3 days because the system might need time to make the changes.
