Our Warranty Policy

When you purchase a device from Abcidpro, you receive a standard one-year warranty for added confidence in your purchase. This warranty covers defects in both hardware and software, ensuring your device performs as expected. If any issues arise, we will repair or replace the device as needed. Your warranty remains valid for 12 months from the delivery date.

What’s Not Included?

Our warranty covers technical malfunctions and component defects, but it does not apply if your device has been:

Lost, dropped, or suffered physical damage
Exposed to water, moisture, or other liquids, leading to oxidation
Opened or repaired by an unauthorized service provider

If your device has any of these issues along with a technical fault, the warranty will be considered void.

Important Notes

If you encounter a problem with your device, please report it as soon as possible. Delayed reporting may lead to your service request being declined, and we may no longer be able to offer repairs or replacements.
